Training sessions are hosted at 2 AM (weekends only), 6 AM (weekends only), 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM, 7 PM, 9 PM, and 11 PM. All times are in EST.

I am a Store Manager or an HR. Is there a way for me to determine the remaining duration of my promotion cooldown?

If you are a Store Manager, please ping or send a direct message to an HR. If you are an HR, please ping an SHR.

Do players who claim ranks through the points system face a cooldown period?

Players who claim ranks through the points system do not face a cooldown period if they choose to earn their next rank through points. However, Store Managers and HRs who choose not to acquire their ranks through points will be subject to cooldowns.

What are some examples of point cheating?

Point cheating encompasses actions such as using alternate accounts or enlisting friends to accumulate points and removing items from shelves only to restock them shortly afterward.

Which ranks receive access to moderator and admin commands?

Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers have access to moderator commands. Store Directors, Board of Directors, Assistant Executive Boards, and Executive Boards have access to admin commands.

Is it true that using the :h command in the Training Center is prohibited for trainers?

Yes, using the :h command in the Training Center is prohibited for trainers. Only the host and co-host may use the command.

What are shifts?

Shifts offer opportunities for Store Interns, Department Leaders, Team Leaders, and Assistant Store Managers to receive a promotion. Additionally, shifts serve as times for guests to visit the store and have an enjoyable experience. Throughout a shift, it is expected that all staff members work in some way.

How can I check my demotion reason?

If you have been demoted and would like to understand the reasons behind your demotion, please send a direct message to an HR. They will be able to provide you with the necessary information. In case you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your demotion, feel free to DM an SHR.

Which ranks are permitted to train, host, and co-host at training sessions?

Store Manager+ may train at training sessions. Executive Assistant+ have the authority to host and co-host training sessions. They may host independently or with a co-host.

How can I earn points?

Staff members can earn one point for each successful restock, two points for each spill cleaned, two points for working at any department with POS systems, and three points for working at the main registers.

Are LRs and MRs required to use grammar?

LRs and MRs are not required to use grammar. However, Store Managers must utilize grammar in the Training Center.

How can I go off-duty and on-duty?

In order to go off-duty, run the command !stopwork in the chat. In order to go on-duty, run the command !startwork in the chat.

Is professionalism required while off-duty? Can HRs go off-duty?

Professionalism while off-duty is required, as staff members are still representing BloxLane. HRs are not permitted to go off-duty, as they have additional responsibilities and can order or check out from staff members while on-duty.

How many staff members can work at the help desk? Are staff members required to own cuffs to work at the help desk?

A maximum of one staff member is allowed to assist at the help desk. Staff members are not required to own cuffs to work at the help desk.

Which ranks can supervise at the store? Are there supervision guidelines?

Store Director+ can supervise at the store. A maximum of two HRs may supervise each store department. HRs are required to spread out when fulfilling their supervisory duties. HRs are encouraged to supervise each department for 5-7 minutes and then move to another one.

How can I hide my commands?

You can hide your commands in two ways. To execute a command privately using the “/e” method, simply open the chat and enter the command as usual. Once entered, place an “/e” before the desired command to ensure it is hidden. Additionally, to access the console, simply press the “;” or “’” key on your keyboard. This action will display a GUI at the top of your screen. Unlike using commands in the chat, the console does not require a prefix before entering the command. Hiding commands is required.

Are rank buyers required to adhere to the same regulations as staff members who worked their way up?

All players, irrespective of whether they purchased a rank, are required to adhere to all rules and regulations. Any individual who fails to comply with the guidelines will face identical moderation actions as others, which may include demotions, blacklists, and permanent bans.

Can I get my rank back after resigning?

Once a staff member resigns, it is considered final. BloxLane does not offer reranks if a player changes their mind after resigning. As a result, it is strongly advised that players carefully consider their decision to resign, as it is an irreversible action. However, SHRs have the possibility to return to BloxLane under certain circumstances.

Can I transfer my rank to another account?

Staff members are permitted to transfer their rank to a different account, but this action can only be performed once. If a staff member intends to transfer their rank, they should open a ticket in the BloxLane Discord server for assistance.

Can I transfer my rank to another account if I am hacked?

BloxLane does not offer rank transfers in cases where an account has been hacked. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure the safety and security of their account. Staff members are held fully accountable for the security of their own accounts. In the event that a staff member’s account has been compromised, it is crucial for them to promptly inform an SHR through a ticket.

Can I transfer my rank if my account gets deleted?

Staff members whose accounts are deleted have the option to transfer their rank to a different account if their ban is deemed false by a Group Administrator+. The Group Administrator+ has the authority to assess whether it is appropriate for an individual’s rank to be transferred to another account when their original account is deleted. We acknowledge that Roblox moderation can fall short of complete accuracy, and as a result, we provide individuals with the chance to transfer their rank to an alternate account if their main account gets deleted.

What is the investigation policy at BloxLane?

In the event that an SHR is conducting an investigation into a community member, the SHR has the authority to temporarily demote the player to the rank of Customer until the investigation is concluded. Furthermore, the SHR has the right to remove any Discord roles from the player while the investigation is ongoing. Once the investigation is finalized, the SHR will take appropriate action or re-rank the player(s) involved. Moreover, SHRs who are conducting investigations have the right to pose questions to the individuals involved, and it is expected that those individuals respond truthfully. However, SHRs are not obligated to provide evidence to the players who are undergoing an investigation.

What is the plagiarism policy at BloxLane?

Intentionally copying official BloxLane materials, encompassing, but not limited to, our forms, guides, documents, server layout, GFX, and game, may lead to, at the very least, a termination, a staff blacklist, and/or a ban from the BloxLane Discord server. Neglecting to report such plagiarism despite being aware can also lead to consequences. It is expected that establishments throughout Roblox foster originality, which prohibits the replication of BloxLane’s resources for personal gain.

Can I play BloxLane on an alternate account?

Staff members are allowed to utilize alternate accounts for roleplaying purposes as a Customer, LR, or MR. However, it is strictly prohibited for staff members to attain an HR rank through any means on their alternate accounts. Failure to adhere to BloxLane’s guidelines while using an alternate account will lead to consequences for both the main and alternate accounts. Furthermore, players who use an alternate account to bypass a blacklist or permanent ban will be permanently banned.

I purchased a BloxLane product, and I am not satisfied with it. Can I receive a refund?

BloxLane has a strict no-refund policy for all purchases, regardless of the item or product, including points, in-game cash, and game passes. It is essential to keep this policy in mind before making any purchases.
